It can cutting , edge preparation, beveling for stainless, carbon and alloy steel pipe. 

Technological process

Raw material racks→entry table→CNC cutting and beveling machine→run out table(CNC adjust length system)→automatic feeding of cutting and beveling→stocker

The action of the machine includes four stages: automatic feeding, feeding, cutting and discharging.

• System control: Taiwan Fengwei system, used for machine function control, including time, speed and proportional control.

• Control panel: The machine operation panel adopts Taiwan Weiluntong. Color touch screen operation interface; manual, motor start, all settings and other selection switches.

• Safety device: The equipment uses safety doors and electrical interlocks to achieve safe operation. When personnel enter the maintenance safety door and open, the equipment is in a stopped state.
