1.Process

Feeding pipe → alignment → grooving 1→ Reverse alignment →grooving 2→ taking out → collecting 

2. Description of the process: 

Put the steel pipe on the rails to the aligning location by the walking device.

Turn on roller align pipes.

Turn walking device put the pipe to grooving location 1.

Grooving machine begin to grooving.

Walking device drive pipe to next grooving location 2, then begin to channel pipe’s the other tip.

Walking device drive pipe to collector after channel.
